Tyler is curious about people almost to a fault. His background has moved through psychology, behavioral work, entrepreneurship, marketing, technology, AI, and public speaking, but the common thread has always been the same: understanding why people think, behave, communicate, and make decisions the way they do. He is much more comfortable asking the questions than pretending to have all the answers. His brain tends to follow ideas wherever they go, which means conversations can move from psychology to business to relationships to technology to something completely unrelated within a matter of minutes.

Design, Architecture & Historic Preservation

Derek sees the world differently. He is analytical, observant, detail-oriented, and deeply curious about design, architecture, history, and the way things fit together. His background in furniture, antiques, historic preservation, and interior design has shaped the way he notices details that most people walk right past. Where Tyler tends to explore possibilities, Derek tends to examine how things actually work. That difference is part of what makes their conversations interesting.
